You will be emailed a Shuttlewoth DigiTicket that will include your unique Booking Reference Number and a QR code that also contains this number. Please present this on your smart phone/device when you arrive.
Unless you have also purchased Ticket Protection, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of an air show/event cancellation.
We recommend pre-booking your visit to Shuttleworth, but we do offer tickets on the gate. Please note, if you’re paying with cash, no change will be given.

We can scan your ticket directly from your mobile device, so please save the paper and don’t print your ticket unless you need to. Please note: we do not accept screenshots of tickets.
Children aged 15 and under can attend our air shows for free, except for our Flying Proms Air Show where we offer a reduced rate for children.

The Shuttleworth Veteran Aeroplane Society (SVAS) support the work of Shuttleworth, and so members get discounted entry to the Shuttleworth Collection and Gardens, as well as on-site events. You can join the membership here.

All air show line ups are subject to weather and serviceability. Shuttleworth reserves the right to change the advertised line up at any time without prior notice.
House openings are listed on each of our air show pages. These are subject to change/cancellation until six weeks prior to the event.
If you have pre-purchased an air show programme, you can collect this from the Shuttleworth shop in our Visitor Centre.
As well as the Runway Café, we will have a range of external caterers on site.
You are welcome to bring your own food and drink; however, we do not allow barbeques on site, and we ask that you refrain from bringing sharp knives on site.
We prefer cashless payments and accept all major debit and credit cards, and mobile payments. We can accept cash when no alternative is available but cannot guarantee that change will be provided.
Due to the nature of the pyrotechnics in the show, dogs are not permitted at Flying Proms. Service animals are welcome.
We ask that you only smoke/vape in designated areas of the site.
Baby changing facilities are available across the site including our Visitor Centre and Hangar toilets.
We are unable to book private pods on the day of your visit and so recommend that you book online.

– Barbecues and open fires
– Chinese Lanterns
– Naked flame
– Portable laser equipment and pens
– Gazebos and oversized umbrellas
– Drones
– Replica or similar fire arms or knives on trade stalls
– Powered access segways / scooters or skate boards

Disabled parking is available on a first-come first-served basis. Upon arrival, our stewards will direct you to the appropriate area of the site.
We are proud to operate an accessible site. Due to the listed status of Shuttleworth House, accessibility is limited to the ground floor.
We have a limited number of wheelchairs available to reserve on site. To reserve a wheelchair, please email enquiries@shuttleworth.org
Service animals are permitted in all areas of the site.
