You’ll be sent a QR code via email. We can scan this directly from your phone/tablet so there’s no need to print it. This QR code covers everything in your booking, so you’ll only have one code for all of your tickets and any pre-booked merchandise.
Unless you have also purchased Ticket Protection, all tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable, even in the event of an air show/event cancellation.
We recommend pre-booking your visit to Shuttleworth to avoid disappointment on sold out events, but if we have capacity we do offer tickets on the gate. Please note, if you’re paying with cash, no change will be given.
Select another ticket for the same event, then select your additional items when prompted. You can then remove the extra event tickets from your basket before you checkout.
Please contact enquiries@shuttleworth.org
Children aged 15 and under get free daily admission entrance, and can attend our air shows for free (excluding our Flying Proms Air Show) where we offer a reduced rate for children. For all other events, please check the dedicated events pages for child rates.
